Our Practice Managers

Our Practice Managers are the people who you speak to when scheduling appointments, check in for the appointments, make payments, send out your report, and overall manage the office. When you give us a call, these people are the ones you're speaking to!

Brittany Valdez-Kornbrath, M.A.

Ms. Valdez-Kornbrath holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Virginia University (2014). She earned a Master's degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development and Family Studies from West Virginia University (2016). She started with NGWV PLLC in April 2017 as one of our psychometrists and later our lead psychometrist. She has been our practice manager since September 2019.

Kristin Crank, B.S.

Ms. Crank earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fairmont State University in 2017. She has over 10 years of patient and customer service experience. She started with NGWV PLLC in October 2020. She has a dual role as one of our psychometrists and our assistant practice manager.
