Billing Information

 

Appointments are billed to the patients' insurance and the patient is responsible to cover any other costs not covered by their insurance on the day of the appointment. We provide an estimated cost based on your plan's deductible, copay, coinsurance, and out of pocket maximum. All estimates are subject to change. If you are unable to pay the full amount at the time of the appointment, payment plan options are available. Please see one of our practice managers to set up a payment plan or contact (304) 554-0504.

Question about your bill 

​​What billing or insurance information will I receive?

A month before your appointment, we will send a letter to your address we that have on file that includes your estimated cost for the evaluation appointment as well as the feedback appointment.

I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill - but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?

Prior to the appointment, you will be sent a cost estimate based on your insurance plan's copayments, deductibles, and coinsurances. If you have any questions, please give us a call at (304) 554-0504.

Am I able to make payments online?

No, payments are not taken online. However, you can make payments in person or over the phone at (304) 554-0504. We also accept checks in person or by mail.

 

I received a bill, but I paid my balance in full. What do I do?

We send statements to your listed address outlining the cost of the evaluation, any payments made by your insurance company, as well as any out of pocket payments made by you. The statement may have been sent out prior to recent payments made, so it may not reflect your current balance. If you still have questions regarding your statement/bill, please call (304) 554-0504.
